This song “Mama” is a song I wrote for my mother but never got a chance to officially relaese it to the public. I listen to it yesterday and decided to share it with you.

Depuis le week-end dernier, des rebelles sont en train de mourir de façon mystérieuse à Tombouctou. Toute chose qui fait que ces bandits armés sont en train de quitter actuellement la ville sainte.

Selon notre contact de Tombouctou, tout a commencé dans la nuit du vendredi dernier dans le camp de Tombouctou qu’occupaient les éléments du MNLA où un événement  mystérieux s’est produit cette nuit-là. En effet, deux vieilles personnes (un homme et une femme) habillées en boubou blanc se sont adressées à des rebelles du MNLA en leur intimant : « Allez-vous en ! Vous ne pouvez jamais occuper Tombouctou ! Ce n’est pas votre terre !… ». Après cet avertissement, les deux vieilles personnes ont brusquement et littéralement disparu, selon notre source. Comme par magie !…

 Avant la fin de cette nuit-là, il y a eu sept rebelles qui ont perdu la vie parmi les éléments du MNLA qui occupent le camp de Tombouctou, alors qu’ils se portaient bien auparavant,  confirme toujours notre source. Pire, au même moment, des rebelles qui contrôlaient l’aéroport et les voies d’accès de la ville sont brusquement tombés malades, on ne sait comment. Pris par la panique, les rebelles sont en train de déserter la ville en masses pour échapper à ces attaques aussi mystérieuses qu’invisibles.

Du coup, la nouvelle s’est répandue dans la ville comme une traînée de poudre. D’ailleurs, de nombreux habitants de Tombouctou qui ont leurs parents déplacés à Bamako pour leurs annoncer la nouvelle.

Selon certains de ces déplacés approchés, la ville de Tombouctou est une ville sainte. Une terre qui détient 333 saints. Pour eux, ça serait étonnant qu’ils n’y aient pas des choses mystérieuses contre les occupants de la localité.

Par ailleurs, on nous a confié que les gens d’Ançardine avaient aussi souhaité diriger les prières de la mosquée de Tombouctou. Mais que l’Imam leur a fait savoir qu’il va falloir lui découper en morceau avant de prendre sa place.

Dans tous les cas, les populations de Tombouctou attendent impatiemment le retour de l’armée malienne pour leurs libérer de ce zou envahisseur.

Since last weekend, rebels are dying mysteriously in Timbuktu. something is making these gunmen, now leaving the holy city.

According to our contact in Timbuktu, it all began on Friday night of last in the camp occupied inTimbuktu by MNLA where the mysterious event occurred.

Indeed, two old people (one male and one female) dressed in white robes were sent to the rebels in MNLA telling them: “Go away! You can never occupy Timbuktu! This is not your land! … “After this warning, the two old people suddenly disappeared, Like magic ! …

Before the end of that night, there were seven rebels killed among the MNLA occupying Camp Timbuktu, and they were fine before.   At the same time, the rebels who controlled the airport and access roads of the city were somehow suddenly sick. Taken by panic, the rebels are now trying to leave the city, to escape the attacks of the mysterious and invisible.

Suddenly, the news spread through the city like wildfire. Moreover, many people of Timbuktu who moved to Bamako for their safety, are happy about the breaking news. Some of these people proclaim, the city of Timbuktu is a holy city. A land that holds 333 saints. For them, it would be surprising if they do not have mysterious things going on against the  unlawful occupiers .

Furthermore, we were told that rebels had also wanted to lead the prayers in the mosque of Timbuktu. But the Imam informed them that he will rather have him cut to pieces before taking his place.

In all cases, the people of Timbuktu are anxiously awaiting the return of the Malian army to fully rid them of the invaders.

That is the cry of the citizens of Mali.

Although the military coup has come to and end, and power is now back in the hands of the people. There are still major problem in the north of Mali. Taureg rebels have over thrown the cities of Gao and Timbuktu, declaring the north of Mali as their land.

I spoke to a few of my friends in Bamako, and they say that many of the citizens are ready to go fight the Taureg themselves. They are feedup with the situation in the north, and they want the Tauregs out of there land. Those Malians that can afford to leave, have left the north. But those that cannot afford to leave, have to face death or suffer tremendously under the rebels rule.

The Taureg terrorist say that they have weapons and will fight to the death, for the Malians land. A sad situation in Mali. Please take time to share this with your contacts, lets shine the light on the terrorist of the world.

For those of you that have read my blogs in the past. Would know that just a couple months ago our non-profit organization was in Gao, Mali. We sponsored a boys and girls football teams, providing them with equipment.

Today Mali is on the brink of a civil war. The military has over thrown the goverment, the president is nowhere to be found. The Tauregs rebels have taken control of the north of Mali. Timbuktu and Gao are under there control.

Malians are sadden by the seperation and the over throwing of the goverment. My friends in Mali are praying for this nightmare to end. Keep Mali and there people in your prays.

We need more Love !!!!!!!

We here at T.T.G.B.T.A ( time to give something back to Africa) are happy to say that our first give away was a total success.  On January 12th 2012 MC Talka and Mr.Lee G donated football cleats, shin guards, football socks and footballs to the girls and boys under 16 teams in Gao, Mali.

The smiles we left on the faces of those kids will last a life time in our hearts.

New songs by Mr.Lee*G ™

This  recording artist has lots of soul. His style is a mix between r&b , hiphop and reggae. The way he sings and chant makes the world move. He recently did a collaboration with Black symbolyk band from Brooklyn,  and made  Ooh LaLaLaLa (ms) . He also did a song with the Global Vibes band from New York, and made  the song My Lady (ms). Both singles will be released at the same time. We dropping them in pairs this year says Lee G  We will be auditioning ladies for the video’s soon. Therefore if you are an aspiring actor, you should subscribe to this blog to keep updated.
